Rental Terms and Conditions

RENTAL POLICIES

The following are the terms and conditions that apply to The M Studio Rental

1. Booking: The rental of the studio must be booked in advance with a 50% deposit fee to secure the reservation.

2. Payment: Full payment must be made before the rental begins. Payment can be made through cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation: Cancellation must be made at least 3 days before the scheduled rental date. If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the rental date, the deposit fee will not be refunded.

4. Conduct: The renter and their guests must conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and respect the studio and its equipment. Any damage caused will result in additional charges.

5. Use of Equipment: Renter is responsible for properly using equipment and is liable for any damage as a result of misuse.

6. Liability: The studio and its staff are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred by the renter or their guests while using the studio.

7. Time Management: The rental time starts and ends at the scheduled time. Renters must be conscious of the scheduled time and vacate the space promptly.

8. Prohibited Activities: Smoking, drugs, alcohol, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the studio.

9. Cleanliness: The renter and their guests must ensure that the studio is left in a clean and tidy condition after use. Any additional cleaning fees incurred will be added to the rental fee.

10. COVID-19 Protocols: Renters must comply with the COVID-19 protocols set forth by the studio, which includes checking temperature, wearing a mask, using hand sanitizer, and maintaining social distancing. By renting the studio, the renter agrees to the terms and conditions set forth above and acknowledges that violation of these conditions may result in the forfeiture of the rental and additional fees.
