Refund & Payment Policy – The M Studio

At The M Studio, we aim to provide the best experience in every class. To ensure fairness to all participants, please read our refund policy below:

1. Class Fees & Packages

• All class fees, packages, and memberships are non-refundable once purchased.

• Fees cannot be transferred to another person unless approved by management.

2. Missed Classes

• No refunds for missed classes.

• Participants may replace missed classes only if the studio offers replacement sessions and subject to class availability.

3. Class Cancellation by Studio

• If The M Studio cancels a class due to instructor availability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances:

  • A replacement class will be arranged, or

  • A credit will be issued for future classes.

4. Event / Workshop / Special Class

• Payments for special events (e.g., workshop, masterclass, Zumba party) are non-refundable.

• Tickets may be transferred to another participant with advance notice.

5. Health & Safety

• Refunds will not be given for inability to participate due to minor injuries, health conditions, or personal scheduling issues.

• In case of serious medical conditions, a credit may be considered with valid documentation.

6. Merchandise

• Merchandise (apparel, drinks, accessories) are non-refundable except for defective items.

7. Policy Agreement

By registering or making payment at The M Studio, participants are deemed to have agreed to our refund policy.
